AIChamp Inc. · Legal

Privacy Policy

Effective October 28, 2026 · Applies to this website and our services

Your quotes, drawings and station video belong to you. This policy explains, in plain English, what personal information AIChamp collects, why, and the choices you have.

01Who we are

AIChamp Inc. ("AIChamp", "we") is a Delaware corporation based in San Francisco, California. We give manufacturing plants an independent second opinion on robot cells, robot arms and humanoids. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and our services, and what we do with it.

02What we collect

  • When you book a call: your name, work email, company and anything you add to the booking form, such as a link to a quote. Bookings are handled by Calendly.
  • When you email us: your email address and what you send.
  • When you make a referral: your name and email, the company you refer, any contact details you choose to give us for that company, and your notes. The form is delivered to us by email through FormSubmit.
  • When you work with us: quotes, layout drawings, station video, part and shift data, and the names and roles of the people we work with.

We don't ask for sensitive personal information, and we don't buy personal data from data brokers.

03How we use it

  • To reply to you, run the free review call and deliver the services you order
  • To follow up on referrals and pay referral fees
  • To send invoices, keep business records and meet legal obligations
  • To improve our methods, using only information that doesn't identify you or your company

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't use it for advertising.

04Project data and NDAs

Quotes, drawings, video and production data you share for a project stay yours. We use them only for your project, under the NDA we sign before you share anything. Faces are blurred, and we measure stations, not people.

We never use your project data to train AI models or share it with other customers without your written permission. When we check options with vendors, we send a spec of the job without your company name, and never your quote's prices unless you agree.

05Who we share it with

  • Service providers who help us run the business, such as scheduling (Calendly), form delivery (FormSubmit), email and secure file storage. They may use your information only to provide their service to us.
  • Vendors and integrators, only as described above and only for your project.
  • Advisers and authorities, such as our lawyers and accountants, or when the law requires it.
  • A buyer of our business, if AIChamp is ever sold or merged, under the same protections.

06This website

This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when the page loads. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, for security and to keep the site running.

Links to Calendly, LinkedIn, X and other sites are covered by those sites' own privacy policies.

07How long we keep it

We keep contact and referral details while we're in touch and for up to 3 years after, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Project data is deleted within 30 days after a project ends, except records we must keep by law, such as invoices.

08Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing [email protected]. We'll reply within 30 days. If you live in California or another place with privacy laws that give you extra rights, we'll honor those rights, and we won't treat you differently for using them.

09Security

We limit access to the people working on your project, use encrypted storage and transfer for project files, and our kit never connects to your network or controls. No system is perfectly secure, so if we learn of a breach that affects you, we'll tell you promptly.

10Children

Our services are for businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

11Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows the current version, and we'll tell active clients about important changes.
